The Industry Consortium of Advanced Technical Training (ICATT) is the leading apprenticeship program in the Midwest for high-tech manufacturers and companies with complex automation or logistics. As the only program in the Midwest fully benchmarked on the German Dual Education System, the ICATT Apprenticeship Program results in highly-trained employees that, ultimately, advance in their careers.
The Industry Consortium of Advanced Technical Training (ICATT) works with many companies whose leaders started as apprentices. This is a true testament to the benefits of apprenticeship programs as well as the German Dual Education System, and highlights how apprenticeship programs train future leaders.
National Apprenticeship Week starts on Monday, November 13, and the Industry Consortium of Advanced Technical Training (ICATT) is elated to take part in many events throughout Illinois to bring together ICATT Network Partners, students and parents to showcase the many benefits of pursuing an apprenticeship through the ICATT Apprenticeship Program.
The event provided attendees the opportunity to engage in discussions around apprenticeship programs in industries such as high-tech manufacturing and companies with complex automations.
