As a Senior Technical Trainer for the Skills Initiative team, Gunther works with network companies and colleges to ensure the successful alignment of company training plans with academic curriculums and administers the German exams, ensuring the development of workforce pipelines in the Southeast region. Before joining GACC South, Gunther started his engineering career in two apprenticeship programs in Germany, earning his Meisterbrief and attaining his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in the United States. He leverages his experience in production management and oversight of training for multi-national engineering firms across Europe, Asia and the U.S. to serve GA CATT industry partners.
