As Senior Manager – Training, Exams and Certification, Geneva develops the ICATT Occupational Examinations in cooperation with field experts and manages the administration and certification of these examinations throughout the Midwest Region ensuring that they are comprehensive and meet the ICATT international quality standard. She is also the primary instructor of the highly regarded Train the Trainer course, developing and delivering engaging content for both the in-person and virtual class options. As part of her role in maintaining the international standard nationwide, she coordinates with ICATT Network Colleges to align curriculum with the skills to be taught during the ICATT Apprenticeship. She joined the team in 2016, and brings multiple years of experience in industry education. Prior to joining the ICATT Apprenticeship Program team, Geneva spent many years in secondary and higher education and served as the Program Coordinator for the GPS Education Partners where she coordinated youth apprenticeship programs. In addition to her experience, Geneva has a Master’s Degree in German Translation from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
