As ICATT Applicant Outreach Manager, Evelyn works with all ICATT Apprenticeship Applicants and Candidates to guide them through the ICATT application process. She engages with various organizations throughout the Midwest to raise awareness about the program and recruit interested applicants to the ICATT Apprenticeship Program. Prior to ICATT, Evelyn was an apprenticeship program coordinator at McHenry County College and previously worked in the workforce development division at Harper College. With a Doctorate in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University, she is using her deep understanding of higher education to develop the connections to industry necessary to meet workforce needs.
